Appearance: In the glass, the wine shows its deep ruby color.
Aroma: Red fruits and polished oak promise a voluptuous character.
Flavor: Red fruits transition to elegant, mouth-filling dark fruits, paired with fine, yet lively, tannins. The fruit-driven finish is smooth and very persistent, a nicely integrated example of classic Bell Cabernet, selfcontained and beautifully framed by refined oak. This supple wine is a
luscious reflection of the summer's moderate growing conditions.
Pairings: Goes well with a variety of foods, particularly roasted vegetables, grilled meats and pizza.
With a perfumed nose of rose and toasted oak, this wine is thick in red fruit, dense oak and a welcome undercurrent of bright acidity that helps keep it fresh in the glass. Small amounts of Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec are all within.
