Lini 910 Labrusca RossoRuby red with notes of purple. Aromas of red fruits, in particular blueberry and raspberry. The palate is balanced with body, intensely flavorful with a slightly tannic finish.
Chateau Rieussec Carmes de Rieussec 2013Initially presenting Sauvignon aromas, the nose is then dominated by freshness and exotic notes. On the palate the attack is clean, direct, and silky, followed by slightly spicy notes of honey that extend into a lively finish. An aperitif wine best enjoyed young and thoroughly chilled.
Conundrum White 2016A light straw color, the 2016 vintage features scents of honeysuckle, wildflowers and lemon blossoms, layered with star fruit, honeydew and a trace of flinty gunpowder. Entry is crisp, with a vibrant acidity that flows into a rich roundness on the mid-palate. Citrus and pear mingle with exotic flavors of mango, coconut and pineapple. This wine's structure and texture give it multiple dimensions -- lush yet fresh, subtle yet rich. A kick of bright acidity on the finish underscores its lively character, while notes of ripe fruit entice you back for another sip.

Evolúció Furmint 2017Ranked the #15 White, Rosé & Sparkling Wine at our March 25, 2017 "Big Taste" of The Vineyard Wine Tasting Event. Furmint is one of the traditional varietals used to make Tokaj white wines and Aszù when it is blended with Muscat and Hárslevelű. The name Furmint is taken from the French word "froment" for the wheat-gold color of the wine it produces. Evolúció is made from a selection of vineyards especially identified to create a well balanced and food complementing wine. The grapes are hand harvested, de-stemmed, pressed gently, fermented cold in stainless steal tanks without further aging. Bottled young to retain the freshness and natural richness from the fruits. The rich fruity flavors and acidity result in a wine that is easy to pair with rich fish based dishes, creamy chicken or even with spicy dishes, also great with cheese especially dry, matured goat cheese. One can experiment with slow cooked beef short ribs, it will benefit from Evolúció's high acid and rich profile.

Cantina Bel Colle Brachetto d'AcquiTingling spritz leading on to light, grapey, almost peppered-strawberry flavours. Sweetness, fizz and zesty acidity nicely balanced to give a perfect, and unusual, dessert wine.
Gouguenheim Rose de MalbecAroma: Delicate with red fruit aromas, predominantly of cherries and strawberries. Mouth Feel: Very fresh in the mouth; soft tones with good acidity. Small and brilliant bubbles.

The world's first White Pinotage - "The paradox of this wine is that the eye belies the other senses! Making white wine from red grapes using South Africa's unique Pinotage grape. Whole bunch pressing prevented the juice from obtaining colour from the skins. Barrel fermented and matured for eleven months with lees stirring gives this wine a slightly creamy, nutty character to balance the tropical fruit and banana flavours." Food pairing suggestions include strong flavoured fish and seafood, mild curries such as bobotie and chicken korma, and some Asian foods.
