Monmousseau Vouvray 2017For this wine (dry-tender) in full youth, a beautiful straw yellow dress. The very homogeneous nose and mouth are seduced by sweet apple aromas, the final tend towards the linden. A remarkable balance between a tender and very aromatic structure and the elegant touch of bitterness attached to the Chenin grape variety. It is a wine to drink today but will evolve happily for 5 to 6 years keeping all its freshness. Food Pairing: Exquisite as an aperitif, it will go perfectly with foie gras and sweetbreads with poultry in sauce, fine fish, scallops, and more generally with all creamy or slightly saffron sauces.
