Orin Swift Eight Years In The Desert Red 2017Dark garnet with a lucid rim, the wine exhibits aromas of briar fruit, ripe blackberry and dark plum with a tinge of minerality and charred meat. Brawny on the entry, it has an equally big mid-palate with complex flavors of ripe brambly fruit, a touch of earth and notes of espresso bean. Still massive through to the finish with soft drying tannins, the unique varietal characteristics of the blend clearly reveal themselves over time.
Chateau Rieussec Carmes de Rieussec 2013Initially presenting Sauvignon aromas, the nose is then dominated by freshness and exotic notes. Cherry Hill Winery produced its first vintage from our new winery in 2003. The Cherry Hill Winery Estate Pinot Noir is handcrafted from our Pommard clone which makes up 55% of our 90 acre estate vineyard. Our state of the art gravity feed winery provided us with the tools to carefully handcraft this most difficult grape into a light, delicate Pinot Noir. The fruit for this beautiful wine was hand picked from our best blocks where yields are restricted to two tons per acre. The grapes were de-stemmed and gravity fed to our small fermenters where each lot was carefully monitored. The wine aged in neutral French oak for one year and is a light delicate wine with beautiful color and texture. Like all things of beauty, this wine will improve with age, but it is a beauty now! Cherry Pie Rodgers Creek Pinot Noir 2015As with the prior vintage, in the 2015 Rodgers Creek Pinot Noir pretty violet floral aromas appear, along with ripe Bing and Rainier cherry and delicate oak spice notes. On the palate, the wine provides layers of flavors of red ripe juicy cherries, tart cranberries and licorice with a subtle cedar note. The complexity found in the palate is further elevated by the integrated and lush tannins that round out the wine, resulting in a decadent long finish.

On the finish, juiciness is cut by a clean, bracing acidity, with tart cherry, cranberry and rhubarb leaf that linger for ages.

McManis Rosé of Pinot Noir 2017The 2017 Rosé of Pinot Noir turned out exactly as we had hoped. By treating the fruit and fermentation like a white wine, we ended up with a very fresh and fruity well balanced rose. Strawberries dominate the nose and palate with very subtle hints of cherries. Very clean on the palate with a perfect level of acid to allow the wine to be served either by itself or with a meal.
Merriam Vineyards Danielle Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2017At first swirl, this wine presents aromas of peach, grass and citrus.
