Cedar, juniper berry and sweet dried herbs greet the nose of this wine, while focused flavors of dried plums, cranberries and cherries sink into a decadent, plush mouthfeel. Saturated and dense, the wine finishes with touches of licorice and spicy oak from the 12 months in 2 year-old American oak barrels. Food Pairing: Grilled sausages with caramelized onions and peppers, tandoori chicken, gorgonzola cheese.
