Cupcake Red Velvet
A deliciously rich blend of Zinfandel, Merlot, and Petite Sirah, our Red Velvet blend delivers aromas of chocolate, dark blackberries and luscious red fruits, with a hint of coconut and creamy mocha. The Zinfandel lends its ripe red fruit and jammy strawberry, while the silky Merlot contributes notes of blueberry and hints of chocolate - with the Petite Sirah serving as the backbone, enhancing the overall color and texture of the wine. Each varietal is fermented separately before blending, and finally being aged on a unique oak regime for a distinctive texture.
Food Pairing: This versatile wine pairs well with anything from BLTs, to chili, to chocolate cake.
