A to Z Wineworks Riesling 2018
Brilliant and clear with emerald highlights, the 2018 A to Z Wineworks Oregon Riesling is expressive and expansive on the nose. Initial lime zest and tangerine aromas mingle with gooseberry, apricot, meringue, honey, mint, jasmine, gardenia, and green tea. The palate is impeccably balanced with refreshing mouth-watering acidity and a bare touch of sweetness. It is bright, intense and exotic with ample richness and texture that lingers, finishing clean, fresh and juicy. Fun and serious all at the same time, this wine will gain in complexity over the next ten years, but it would be a shame to wait that long. Although delicious by itself, this is an excellent food wine that pairs well, even with spicy dishes.

Trimbach Riesling 2015Riesling is the most emblematic of Alsace grape varieties. Its delicate bouquet, the fine balance between its dry personality, its distinguished fruitiness and its natural vitality contribute to its exceptional richness. As the house style dictates, it is vinified dry. Riesling can be enjoyed throughout the meal, and also with Alsace specialties, shellfish, seafood, quality fish, sushi/sashimi, white meats in white wine sauces or spices, pork dishes and refined spicy or Asian dishes.
Trimbach Reserve Pinot Gris 2015The "Réserve" quality is the result of a rigorous selection of fully-ripe grapes from the Ribeauvillé region. It defines a structured, balanced wine, which is both fruity and subtle. This elegant Riesling, dry and precise, is a worthy accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes. It pairs well with sauerkraut, fish (fried, grilled, smoked, in a sauce, raw…), and white meats. Ageing potential: The best vintages can be kept for ten years.

Underwood Pinot Gris 2018The grapes for our Underwood Pinot Gris come from a few of our favorite vineyards from across the Willamette and Umpqua Valleys. The Willamette Valley fruit brings fresh acidity and citrus to the wine while the southern Oregon fruit adds stone and tropical fruit components. These wines are fun, refreshing, elegant and transparent. This pinot gris was fermented in 100% stainless steel and sur lee aged for 4 months. It strikes a beautiful balance between citrus and tropical. It is focused and refreshing on the palate. Tasting Notes: Lemongrass, green apple, white stone fruit.
