A to Z Wineworks Riesling 2019The beautiful 2019 A to Z Oregon Riesling offers compelling aromatics and bright acidity with a perfect touch of discreet sweetness. A to Z Wineworks Chardonnay 2018The 2018 A to Z Chardonnay greets with aromas of lemon, lime zest, kumquat, quince, spiced apple, pear, peach, melon, apricot and lemongrass with hints of sage and fresh cut hay. The wine dances on the palate, alive with flavors of citrus fruits, green apple and starfruit. It is rich and yet balanced, fleshy and yet precise. There is a grapefruit pith note to the finish, along with a linear minerality that carries through for quite some time after tasting. The 2018 A to Z Oregon Chardonnay is a racy, delicious example of unoaked cool-climate Chardonnay! Generally pairs well with fresh, vibrant, and lively foods that sparkle with acidity like Baja fish tacos or heavier foods that need a bit of a high note lift such as roasted monkfish and trout. Some specific pairings are, butter-poached lobster or crab, tomato-based dishes, lighter preparations of poultry like chicken, Caesar salad, Niçoise Salad, seared tuna, aren tartare. Also great with tomato, citrus, cream/ butter-based, and fumés sauces.
A to Z Wineworks Pinot Gris 2018The A to Z Oregon Pinot Gris is refreshing and lithe on the palate. Aromas of Meyer lemon, lemon verbena, tangerine, apricot, peach, apple, pear, quince, melon and honeysuckle add a hint of sweetness to the air around it. The weight is impeccable with perfect balance and integration hitting all points of the palate. Incredibly versatile at the dinner table with flavors of golden apple, roasted coconut, citrus and pineapple appealing to the last splash in the glass. Seriously, this wine goes with just about everything, all the time, including nothing, which is sometimes a fine option, too.

Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc 2019Very pale yellow color. Classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc aromas of lifted citrus, tropical fruit, and crushed herbs. A fresh, juicy wine with vibrant acidity and plenty of weight and length on the palate. Ripe, tropical fruit flavor with passion fruit, melon, and grapefruit. Pairs brilliantly with fresh oysters, asparagus, lobster, or summer salads.
14 Hands Chardonnay 2016This lighter style Chardonnay begins with bright aromas of sweet lime and pears with a touch of baking spice. Refined fruit flavors are accentuated by ample acidity that give way to subtle hints of butter, caramel and vanilla. Pair with chicken kiev, lemon pepper salmon, or seafood alfredo.
