Tilia Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
Wine AdvocateThe grapes for the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested at three different points of ripeness to achieve better balance and complexity. This usually has some Syrah from Barrancas in east Mendoza. There are varietal aromas, clearly herbal, perhaps a little blurry, in the shape of tobacco leaves, blackberries and a touch of spice. The palate is soft, with some dusty tannins giving it an austere profile. Better with food. 240,000 bottles produced.
