With a vineyard that was known for its Chardonnay, he knew that he would have to work closely with his winemaker, in order to please his wife. Pamela prefers white wines that aren't necessarily Chardonnays. She loves light, crisp, and very food friendly wines. So, Ron asked his winemaker Joe Freeman to collaborate on a style that he knew Pamela would love.
