Boya Rosé 2016
Wine AdvocateThere is a new wine at Garcés Silva, the 2016 Boya Rosé, which is mostly Pinot Noir with a 7% touch of Garnacha. It's pale, with a touch of carbonic gas and a sharp, dry palate with moderate acidity and very good freshness. It is vibrant, showing the result of a low pH (3.05). This shows the austerity of the granite. This is a style of rosé that I like very much, and I think it goes very well with food. 13,000 bottles produced.
