This is our flagship product, now in its fifth vintage. We've changed the name from 'Calville' to Heirloom to reflect more clearly the heritage and complexity of the the blend. In addition to MacIntosh and Empire, Russets provide full-bodied sweetness, Calville Blanc and Esopus Spitzenburg provide acidity and citrus notes for balance, and Ashmead's Kernel provides natural tannins for structure. Serve it with artisanal cheeses, game or dessert.

Lohr Estates Wildflower Valdiguié is red-purple in color with profuse fresh fruit aromas of cherry, raspberry and red currant. The complexion on the palate is equally bright, dominated by pomegranate and raspberry, with a light peppery finish. Drink your last bottle just in time for the release of the new vintage! Serve chilled. Food Pairings: Perfect with duck confit salad or as a complement to a charcuterie plate of Serrano ham, peppered salami, cornichon and hard cheese.

A to Z Wineworks Pinot Noir 2014Clear and vibrant, the 2014 A to Z Oregon Pinot Noir opens with rich primary aromas of strawberries, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, even cranberries, developing to violets, red currants, pipe tobacco, iron and wet stone. The attack is beautifully balanced between richness and brightness with hints of roses, honeysuckle, red and blue fruit flavors. The mid-palate reveals ripe tannins and crisp acidity with a touch of minerality and spice (cinnamon, anise, saffron, sandalwood) lending greater complexity. This wine, succulent with great concentration, finishes long and rich with classic Oregon freshness. The harmony and depth of the 2014 Oregon vintage are on full display in the 2014 A to Z Wineworks Pinot Noir. Built for mid-term aging, this wine has great integrity and should drink well on release and for the next 3-5 years. Bodegas Borsao Garnacha 2016Cherry red with violet nuances. Has a ripe fruit nose with floral tones. Full bodied wine, spicy and with a complex and long aftertaste.
Cass Estate Grenache 2013100% Grenache aged for 14 months in neutral French oak barrels, the 2013 vintage is intensely fragrant featuring aromas of freshly picked strawberry, wild red cherry and pomegranate jelly. Ground white pepper and dried rose petals further enhance the palate by exuding flavors of stewed raspberry tea, rhubarb sorbet and dried cranberry notes. Subtle tannins and soft acidity underscore the elegant finish delivering nuances of star anise, all-spice and crushed Lingdonberry. Enjoy now until 2018.
Cass Oasis Rosé 2015A delicate yet expressive bouquet offers aromas of cherry blossom, rose petal, sun ripened strawberry, and sliced watermelon. Bright acidity provides structure while juicy fruit flavors of wild raspberry, rhubarb sorbet, and bramble berry envelope the palate. Sweet spearmint and spiced stone fruit complete the refreshing finish.

A to Z Wineworks Chardonnay 2015The 2015 A to Z Chardonnay has primary aromas of tangerines, lemon curd, white flowers, apricots, lime zest, kumquats, honeydew and wet stones. As the wine opens, aromas evolve to include beeswax, nutmeg and honey over time. A juicy and succulent attack has floral and citrus flavors while the mid-palate mirrors the aromatics with a burst of flavors offering tremendous depth balanced by perfect acidity and concentration. The finish is bright and focused, with a clean finish redolent of wet stones and citrus. The 2015 A to Z Chardonnay shows all the intensity and depth of the vintage yet retains the purity and freshness that Oregon chardonnay is known for.
Chateau Rieussec Carmes de Rieussec 2014Château Rieussec's second wine is selected according to the same standards as the first wine. Its character consistently reveals a beautiful aromatic range dominated by citrus flavours. Carmes de Rieussec's name is a reference to the Carmelite monks in Langon, who owned the Rieussec estate in the 18th century.
