Cass Estate Grenache 2013100% Grenache aged for 14 months in neutral French oak barrels, the 2013 vintage is intensely fragrant featuring aromas of freshly picked strawberry, wild red cherry and pomegranate jelly. Ground white pepper and dried rose petals further enhance the palate by exuding flavors of stewed raspberry tea, rhubarb sorbet and dried cranberry notes. Subtle tannins and soft acidity underscore the elegant finish delivering nuances of star anise, all-spice and crushed Lingdonberry. Enjoy now until 2018.
Cass Oasis Rosé 2016The Oasis Rosé showcases opulent flavors of sun-ripe strawberry, fresh watermelon and white peach nectar. Fruit forward aromatics may convey a perception of sweetness; however this dry rose is clean and refreshing on the palate delivering hints of candied papaya, red grapefruit and blood orange zest reminiscent of pink lemonade.

A to Z Wineworks Chardonnay 2016The 2016 A to Z Chardonnay has abundant, juicy fruit aromas that jump right out of the glass; just-picked Anjou pear, green apple, white flowers, lime rind, lemon & grapefruit pith. Subtle aromas of white flowers and honeysuckle arise with just a hint of flintiness. On the palate, the balance is seamless. Fruit again leads with quince and lemon giving way to a stoniness and salinity that makes this wine lip-smacking good. There is a richness and ripeness to the wine that is somehow in perfect balance with the freshness and tension of the acidity. This is a wine that begs for a second (and third!) taste.

Chateau Rieussec Carmes de Rieussec 2013Initially presenting Sauvignon aromas, the nose is then dominated by freshness and exotic notes. On the palate the attack is clean, direct, and silky, followed by slightly spicy notes of honey that extend into a lively finish. An aperitif wine best enjoyed young and thoroughly chilled.

Westerly Pinot Noir 2012Deep ruby-purple colored, the 2012 Westerly Pinot Noir displays subtle aromas of ripe raspberries and crushed red cherries with underlying notes of violets, lavender, and cinnamon stick. Medium-bodied, it is very well-balanced with crisp acid, a low to medium level of fine-grained tannins and satisfying berry and spice flavor layers that linger long into the finish. Ty Caton Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2014The 2014 Estate Cabernet greets the palate with rich and robust flavors of black cherries, plums, and cassis, followed by oak notes of sandalwood and vanilla. These dark flavors produce a dense textured mouth feel that combine with soft sturdy tannins, followed by a long silky smooth finish.
Casale del Giglio Bellone Bianco 2016Deep yellow flecked with gold. The wine evokes sunshine and ripe tropical fruit such as mango and papaya, carefully balanced by a marked acidity which makes it suitable for long bottle aging. Rich, ample and lingering on the palate with light floral and spicy notes. Hallmarked by its pronounced acidity and zesty tang. A long finish. Food Pairings: "Minestra di Sgavajone", a typical soup from the fishermen of Anzio made with 'sgavajone' a local fish rarely found outside their family homes.
