Dibón Brut Reserve NVAspect: Brilliant appearance with constant release of fine bubbles forming a crown on the surface of the glass. Pale straw yellow in colour. Aroma: Intense. Tertiary aromas of fresh baking arise from the second fermentation in the bottle, giving it a character of its own. Taste: Smooth and silky, its carbonic release gives it freshness and vivacity, resulting in a long finish. Food Pairings: Rice fish, Mixed rice, Capon and Poularde, Quail and partridge, Rabbit and hare, Crustaceans, Cured meats, Sirloin, Sirloin Steak, Ham, Molluscan shell, Duck, Whitefish, Fish with sauce, Roast chicken.
Branko Sauvignon 2012Ranked the #4 White, Sparkling & Dessert Wine in our February 27, 2016 "Big Taste" of The Vineyard Wine Tasting Event. Of very clear and characteristic varietal aroma, for Sauvignon it is easy to find analogies, the nose that is, chemically speaking, "terpenic" recalls herbs like mint, sage and rosemary, very appealing and leads to olfactory satisfaction. Genetic nose which interpenetrates the elegant toasty aroma, never dominant, given by tonneau fermentation and ageing of part of the mass. Structure and sapidity are perfectly balanced.
Villa Jolanda Vino Spumante Extra Dry NVColor: Light straw yellow colour with greenish hints. Nose: Characteristic, aromatic, rich of flowers and fruits scents. Palate: Fresh, persistent, fruity taste.
McManis Rosé of Pinot Noir 2017The 2017 Rosé of Pinot Noir turned out exactly as we had hoped. By treating the fruit and fermentation like a white wine, we ended up with a very fresh and fruity well balanced rose. Strawberries dominate the nose and palate with very subtle hints of cherries. Very clean on the palate with a perfect level of acid to allow the wine to be served either by itself or with a meal.

Bench Chardonnay 2017A hue of pale straw yellow in the glass. The nose is reminiscent of fresh rainfall mixed with honey and orange blossom. The palate is crisp and well textured with flavors of stone fruit and honeydew melon, complemented by a wet stone finish.
Josh Cellars Chardonnay 2017The nose exudes aromas of tropical fruits and citrus married with subtle oak notes. The palate is bright and fresh, with lingering flavors of juicy yellow peaches, lemon oil and crème brulée. The wine shows great, soft texture and finishes long. Food Pairing: Try with shellfish appetizers like steamed mussels followed by cream-sauce based pastas, roast chicken, or grilled vegetables.
Orin Swift 8 Years In The Desert Red 2017Dark garnet with a lucid rim, the wine exhibits aromas of briar fruit, ripe blackberry and dark plum with a tinge of minerality and charred meat. Brawny on the entry, it has an equally big mid-palate with complex flavors of ripe brambly fruit, a touch of earth and notes of espresso bean. Still massive through to the finish with soft drying tannins, the unique varietal characteristics of the blend clearly reveal themselves over time.
