100% Grenache aged for 14 months in neutral French oak barrels, the 2013 vintage is intensely fragrant featuring aromas of freshly picked strawberry, wild red cherry and pomegranate jelly. Ground white pepper and dried rose petals further enhance the palate by exuding flavors of stewed raspberry tea, rhubarb sorbet and dried cranberry notes. Subtle tannins and soft acidity underscore the elegant finish delivering nuances of star anise, all-spice and crushed Lingdonberry. Enjoy now until 2018.

Eden Heirloom Blend Ice Cider 375mlThis is our flagship product, now in its fifth vintage. We've changed the name from 'Calville' to Heirloom to reflect more clearly the heritage and complexity of the the blend. In addition to MacIntosh and Empire, Russets provide full-bodied sweetness, Calville Blanc and Esopus Spitzenburg provide acidity and citrus notes for balance, and Ashmead's Kernel provides natural tannins for structure. Serve it with artisanal cheeses, game or dessert.
Irony Black Pinot Noir 2014Irony Black Pinot Noir opens with robust aromas of black cherry, plum, licorice and subtle hints of vanilla. Concentrated flavors of rich, dark fruit and blackberry jam are wrapped in layers of toasted oak and barrel spice. Full bodied with soft, but filling tannins, this modern Pinot Noir showcases balanced acidity with a lush, lingering finish. The debut vintage of Manteo offers real depth, balance and rich, fragrant flavors of boysenberries, black cherries, and cassis, aromatic spices redolent of pink peppercorns and anise, and distinctive notes of earthy minerals, tobacco leaves and smoky, toasted oak. The tannins are well-integrated even in their youth and the wine's lushness leads to a long, expressive finish.
